HIIT Circuit Series - Workout 1

Overview

This is workout 1 in a series of HIIT circuits. In this circuit you must perform each exercise for 30 seconds with a transition/recovery between each exercise. The transition time reduces after each circuit. You must perform 5 circuits in total. The exercises are versaclimber (shuttles as an alternative), wall balls, renegade rows, kettlebell swings and burpees.
